Mass memorial service to be held for victims of George building collapse

GEORGE – A mass memorial service will be held for victims of the George building collapse on Tuesday.
Thirty-four people died and several others are still being treated in hospital.
Some of the dead are foreign nationals and their remains need to be repatriated to their countries of origin.
They come from Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Lesotho and Mozambique.
International Relations Minister Naledi Pandor is expected to attend the service.
